Parkour is an athletic training discipline, where you attempt to get from point A to point B in the smoothest way possible using a combination of running, vaulting, climbing, rolling and jumping. All of this must be done in the fastest and most efficient way possible.
The discipline, developed in France beginning in the late 1980s, and quickly became popular through Internet videos, television commercials, and documentary and feature films, including the James Bond movie Casino Royale (2006).
Here at SPRINGLOADED participants will learn to build strength and general parkour skills in a fun, safe and controlled environment.
Skills are taught in a fun way using fast-paced games, circuits and activities to engage your child while giving them the skills necessary to grow and develop in the sport. Our programs help develop your child’s ability to overcome obstacles and enhance their ability to problem solve in a variety of situations.
5-12 year olds
Beginner Parkour caters for 5 to 12 year olds and is suitable for athletes with little to no experience. This class is aimed at improving cardio, endurance, speed and muscular strength. This is achieved by incorporating functional training including body weight exercises, and agility training. Athletes are taught a basic introduction into the fundamentals of Parkour, where they will learn a variety of skills including vaulting, precision jumps and technical landings.

8-18 year olds
Intermediate Parkour caters for 8-18 year olds who have mastered the fundamentals of the Beginner program. In this class, we upgrade our basic skills learnt in the Beginner program, where athletes are able to unlock their full potential and create their own unique combinations. Parkour is the ultimate way to challenge your body. Are you ready to give it a go?
